Moving day
Our contract is void
No longer may you lease
Inside this mind of mine
Gather yourself
There's a space for rent outside
Right next door
But you know that
You're friends with the owner

I never asked to lease inside your mind. I only desired permission to knock on the unending number of doors in the hallways of your tasty brains...maybe understand the neighborhood a little better. The only residence I ever requested of you was the one you freely gave me the key to. I happily lived there with no want of other lodging…until I found an eviction notice tacked to my headboard written in an alien language that no human can possibly decipher. Now I am a vagrant, forever left wandering with a key that fits no hole.
